Our Commitment to Your Data Rights
At JUSTPLOG-IT, you retain complete sovereignty over your account and advertising data. If you have connected your Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or TikTok advertising accounts to Ad-OS, you can request the permanent deletion of your data and revocation of all stored tokens at any time through the automated methods below.
Method 1: Submit Deletion Request
Submit your account email. An automated confirmation tracking code will be generated immediately.
Method 2: Remove via Facebook Settings
You can instantly revoke permissions and initiate data deletion directly from your Facebook account:
- 1Log into your Facebook account and open Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- 2In the left navigation sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
- 3Locate Ad-OS (or JUSTPLOG-IT) in your active apps list.
- 4Click Remove. Check the confirmation box if you wish to remove all associated interactions.
- 5Facebook will confirm the removal and dispatch an automated deletion callback to our server. You will also receive a Facebook Deletion Confirmation Code.

Enter your confirmation tracking code (from Method 1 or Facebook) to verify that your data has been purged.
What Data is Deleted?
When an account deletion or platform disconnection request is executed, the following actions occur immediately and permanently:
All OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and ad account linkage identifiers for Meta, Google, and TikTok are securely purged from our encrypted token store.
Campaign definitions, allocation records, ad creative drafts, and local demographic targeting preferences stored in Ad-OS are permanently deleted.
Daily spend sync history, impression counters, click metrics, and AI targeting recommendations associated with your user ID are purged.
In strict compliance with statutory commercial tax and financial bookkeeping regulations, anonymized invoice records for completed Paystack payments are archived solely for audit compliance.

Requests submitted through this portal initiate automated token revocation within seconds. Full database purging is completed within 24 to 48 hours (well within Meta’s 30-day compliance SLA).
